Wheel of Wonder March 21, 2010

Happy Ostara from Wheel of Wonder! This Week on Wheel of Wonder we'll be celebrating Ostara; The Spring equinox. I'll bring you information about the Holiday, its symbology and new music from Telling The Bees to make it even better! This is the time of the year when all life begins to reawaken after the long winter. You can see it the budding of the trees and the flirting of the Squirrels and Birds. The sun will start to feel warm and we'll begin to put away our coats. The planting of new seeds has begun. Its time to sew the seeds of the promises we made on Imbolc. Join in me in the Dance of early Spring on Wheel of Wonder!

Wheel of Wonder March 7, 2010

This week on Wheel of Wonder, we'll go back to the forest with songs of the fay! We'll have tales and stories of the fay and perhaps a little information you may not have already known about these evocative creatures and their place in the myth and philosophy of the modern Pagan movement. Some say the fairies are about waiting to help the humans because it is these actions that helps them to evolve as well. I will also speak a little on the Anderson Feri tradition and how this is different than other faerie belief systems out there today, beyond the fact that it is spelled differently. This week on the faeriefolk music episode of Wheel of Wonder!

The picture above and to the right is an older peice of fantasy photography from photographic artist Dale D. Zlemic.
